he lamp offers a modern yet poetic design. The lamp with a painted steel holder is covered with a pleated cotton shade in two sizes with different colour variations. The light source is two retrofit E14 bulbs that create a soft and ambient light.
The lamp was designed by Inga Sempé, who won the Red Dot Design Award. Her work is characterised by its lightness and personality. The idea of everyday use is at the heart of her approach, and she often seeks materials with special properties that meet the needs of everyday function. For HAY she created the idiosyncratic accessories Pinorama, Ruban, the Fonte candleholder, the Matin lamps and the Pandarine sofa.
