Pollock Arm Chair Knoll

Designed by Charles Pollock in 1960.

Originally manufactured from 1964-79 and reintroduced in 2015, the steel and leather 'sling chair' or '657', as it is commonly referred to, offers a refined combination of materials and finishes. The metal rod of the frame that forms the chair’s structural rim is an excellent protection for the seat, providing a precious detail and an effective technical characteristic. The chair has become an icon of the modern workplace. Tubular steel legs, polished chrome finish. Cast aluminium arms and stretchers, black painted finish. Stamped steel glides. Cowhide slings in three different colours. Cushion is urethane foam upholstered in Velluto Pelle leather.
